Refrigerate pasta immediately after collection or delivery & consume within one day for the best quality.
For storage beyond two days, freeze the pasta. Always keep the sauces refrigerated. When cooking frozen pasta, add an extra minute to the cooking/boiling time.
Handling Fresh Pasta:
During transportation, fresh pasta may stick to itself or the greaseproof paper. Try separating it gently before cooking/boiling.
If too sticky, freeze as it is. Once hardened, separate the pieces before cooking/boiling
Cooking Instructions:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add one-two teaspoons of salt in it.
Drop the pasta gently into the boiling water. Cook for three-five minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally. Avoid overcooking to maintain texture.
Prepare your favorite sauce while the pasta cooks. Use butter or olive oil & a few tablespoons of starchy pasta water to create a rich, creamy consistency. Stir to emulsify.
Once the pasta is cooked, gently drain it & add it to the sauce. Toss the pan to ensure the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
Finish with grated cheese on top. Serve hot.
Buon appetito!!
