Freshly rolled lasagna sheets on a bed of vegetarian Bolognese & Béchamel sauce. The Bolognese sauce is slow cooked with onions, garlic, carrots, bell peppers, cauliflower, fragrant thyme, bay leaves, a rich tomato sauce to bind it. Generous sprinkling of parmesan, mozzarella cheese.
To cook it: Preheat oven to 175°C. Take off the take away tray lid, cover the lasagna with a sheet of foil, and bake for 30-40 minutes. This will prevent it from drying up. Once done, remove the foil sheet & bake the lasagna for another 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly, golden brown & the top layer of pasta sheet crisps up. Carefully take it out from the oven. Let it rest for at least 15-20 mins before slicing & eating. Garnish with finely chopped parsley on top.
Our Lasagna weighs 300 grams & can serve two to three persons.
